I don't tend to carry a rez, nor do I have my Monk heroes (usually), so I keep one on her just as a backup. (I block it from her bar so she's not trying to use it in battle.)

With an Axe build - [dismember] - and this, she does pretty good damage. Maybe not a great build, but it works.

If I want a different elite, I swap in [signet of strength] to keep Symbolic Strike at a +36 damage.
Just curious question here but when she uses cautery signet does she use remedy to remove the burning afterwards? Or do you have to micro manage that?

Replace a signet with Flail, if you'd like.

12 Axe 12 Strength 3 Domination
Hmm. Maybe losing Sig of Disenchantment for Enraging Charge would help jump-start things?

Sometimes I need to micro manage it. If she's hit with another condition (bleeding is common), she'll of course try to clear that. But Remedy Sig recharges pretty fast, so it isn't down long. Hero AI is pretty good at removing conditions, with [remedy signet] or [antidote signet]. The drawback is, however, that Jora has to pause fighting in order to take care of these other functions - Cautery has a 2 sec activation, and Remedy another 1 sec after that. As we all know, 3 seconds out of action is a long time in GW.

It was just something I was trying out, having a mass condition removal for the party w/o resorting to a Mo/x or X/Mo hero. And it added to [symbolic strike]'s damage, so I gave it a try.
